Denise is a Bay Area native and has lived in San Francisco since 2006. She’s an entrepreneur whose background includes building her own small business, working as a realtor, and earning a bachelor’s degree in psychology. That experience shapes how she communicates, exercises judgment, and helps people make confident decisions.

She genuinely enjoys design and construction. While many homeowners find the process overwhelming, Denise is comfortable coordinating people, managing details, and bringing many moving parts together in a way that works.

Denise also has a strong eye for materials and how elements work together.
