I charge $150 per hour for project management, maintenance coordination, design guidance, and owner’s representation.

There are no packages, markups, or commissions. You use my support as much or as little as you need.

How I Work

Contractors and vendors are paid directly by you. I track every purchase, invoice, and payment in a clear, organized spreadsheet, so you always know where your money is going.
